Jharkhand Pradesh Kushwaha Sabha: Announcement of State Committee: Raju Mahato President: Upendra Kushwaha Principal General Secretary
While addressing the press conference of Jharkhand Pradesh Kushwaha Sabha, State President Raju Mahato said that Kushwaha community is being grossly neglected in the politics and other matters of Jharkhand. Jharkhand Pradesh Kushwaha Mahasabha will strengthen its organizational structure and make positive efforts to ensure its population participation from Panchayat to Parliament and all political parties including the Central and State Governments are appealed to ensure the population participation of the Kushwaha community, so that Kushwaha community can get justice.

State President Raju Mahato told that (1) Kushwaha caste should be included in Schedule-1 of backward caste.
(2) To give reservation to backward castes in proportion to their population.
(3) To make agriculture the basis of development and to realize the concept of agriculture-based development.
(4) Movements will be carried out state-wide and as per the need, at the national level as well, on major issues like giving population share to the Kushwaha caste in the government, in which the Jharkhand Pradesh Kushwaha Mahasabha will actively participate and the number of voters of the Kushwaha community in Jharkhand, Lok Sabha wise, is as follows.

In the event of various political parties not giving proper participation to the Kushwaha community, the Kushwaha Mahasabha will field its own candidate and an appeal will be made to the Kushwaha community that they will take decisions in the interest of the caste by sacrificing party interests.
