Inauguration of 15 days free "Yoga Meditation Camp" at School of Yoga, Ranchi University.
The 15-day "Free Yoga Meditation Camp" was inaugurated by Chief Guest Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Ajit Kumar Sinha in the auditorium of School of Yoga, Ranchi University.
The camp will run from January 6 to 20.
52 participants participated in this camp.
On this occasion, Director of School of Yoga, Dr. Madhulika Verma welcomed the chief guest and participants and told that this camp is completely free.
School Coordinator Dr. Guru Charan Sahu briefly highlighted the history of the department and told about its achievements. “Disease Diagnosis through Yoga” also threw light on this.
He told that soon the study of acupressure will be started in this department.
The main objective of this camp is to move towards physical, mental, social, spiritual and emotional development.
While explaining the importance of Yoga, the Vice Chancellor also shared his experiences of practicing Yoga and while appreciating the Yoga campaign launched by the Honorable Prime Minister, he said that if people remain healthy, the country will progress.
He said that such events will be organized in future also.
The program was conducted by teacher Manoj Soni and the vote of thanks was given by senior teacher Dr. B.B. Rai gave.
On this occasion, Dr. Parineeta Singh, Khilesh, Santoshi, Manish, Vikas Pandey etc. of School of Yoga were present.
